On a lethargic Sunday evening....

I woke up after a prolonged nap, in fact it is incorrect to mention it as nap; it was prolonged sleep. My clock displayed 5:00 p.m. Sun rays were gently peeping in & my room was filled with subtle shades of light, faint shadows of curtains & sound of wind chime.

I decided to go for a long walk; let me not forget to mention that I love walking. Not a brisk one, but an easy stroll.  In couple of mins I was up with pair of jeans, T-shirt, stole & my CAM!
I thought of capturing some pics of sunset & evening walker. I left for lovely walk with a wonderful company i: e; one’s own company.

As I was passing, I saw young boys playing cricket at a small ground and X-large Orange Sun was witnessing it.  Boys were so involved in their game, "The Gully Cricket" & I just captured a glimpse of it.

I continued to move. I had almost skipped walking from past one month, so I was looking all around to see if there were any changes which I have to notice!

Within a span of 10-15 mins Sun was down & sky was covered with cloak of twilight.

Temperature gradually went down, from warm to cold, street lights were turned on, few glowed & few flickered, closed tea shop, and on an empty long road I alone with my phone singing some melodies track at low vol.

I enjoyed the weather, the lilac colored sky, those chirping birds, the lonely dark tree, the calmness. It was like mild massage to my mind which was busy & over occupied for a week.  I basked in the pleasant ambience.
Sometimes I prefer to walk alone, because I get time for myself, I get time to think, recollect & Dream. Yes, I am a big time dreamer and an evening walk like this influence & complement it.

While returning home I recollected my childhood days, when I used to play with my own shadow. The innocence, when I tried to run faster than my shadow. Even today watching shadows & reflection is fun for me.

I was back to home with a contented & rejuvenated heart. All set for another productive week.

Below I have attached some of the pics which I took.
